Walking Group - Flat & Hill Options

A group for people, family and whanau held twice monthly - 1st Sunday and 3rd Friday of the month at 9.30 am.

Location is variable and the walks will vary in length from 5k - 10k depending on the gradient/track.  These walks will take 2 - 2.5 hours and will create a cardio workout/puff.  

Drink bottle is essential and a small snack recommended.
